Uniform Shop Returns & Refunds Policies:
For any returns or refunds to be considered, proof of purchase is required i.e. sales receipt or email confirmation if purchased online.
Items should be returned in the original packaging and with tags still attached. Any exchange or refund will only be considered if the items are in the same condition as purchased. This will not be applicable to factory faults.
In order for any refunds to be processed, the items need to be returned within 10 days of purchase. All refunds will be made to the account/ card that was used to make the purchase.
If any item is returned after the 10-day period and up to a maximum of 30 days, these items can be exchanged or a credit for the shop can be issued. Items will only be exchanged or credited provided they are in the same condition as purchased.
Any refunds requested via EFT will be done in 7-10 working days from receipt of the request. If the card that was used to purchase is provided in store the refund can be done directly to the same card.
If purchased online, any exchanges or refunds will be done in store.
